seoFM.com abused for shady and illegal blackhat methods – marcus tandlers true nature

of course we know that mr. tandler, living in munic (germany), is running around at conferences in the states and telling everyone at the VIP parties he’s big into blackhat, in germany. of course we also know that he’s an idiot and nobody believes him.
nobody ever proofed if he really owns a cheap porsche, if he’s rich and just faked his statistics or not.
you also cant tell if he has knowledge because he never posts about what he’s really doing to earn money. he just posts if he went somewhere and meet someone, won or bought something.

what we know is that he calls himself a professional whitehat SEO optimizer or better, we know exactly this (http://www.mediadonis.net/?page_id=195):

he got caught doing cookie stuffing. now we know how he makes his money… shady blackhat stuff. the real illegal shit.

but why did he do it on his SEO podcast site seofm.com and why did he used auctionads?
thats probably called quadruple-stupidity.
if you cookie stuff marketers, that itself is fuckin stupid enough, you hide it way, way, way the hell back somewhere in your javascript javascript, tie it to the surfers ip, so no one sees it more than once and have something, doesn’t matter what, else from auctionads or w/e on the site so the taskbar isn’t a giveaway.

UPDATE:
i got a few mails over the night.
a) threads about this here on the german SEO forum “abakus” getting deleted instantly.
b) comments on mediadonis.net (mr. tandlers blog) about that he is cookie stuffing on his poker related websites (see comment here) and other sites too over a fake statistic counter blank pixel getting deleted instantly.
c) i thought he’s making big money so why is he concerned that his podcast isn’t making any?
d) someone asked me why is google inviting a blackhat to google parties… haha, true.
e) same person asked why he’s getting awards (from cj.com for example) for probably cookie stuffing people. again, true.
f) i’m not envy or jealous, i make probably much more. i just don’t like people calling out bad guys and doing it much worse and in a total stupid way.
g) … and now trying to cover it up by deleting comments, finding shady/untrue excuses and threaten his listeners to shut down his podcast.
h) oh and now he turned off the comment function on his statement on his own weblog. classy.
i) you forgot to remove it? someone posted about this many month ago. what btw. also means i didnt posted about this right away. it was more like a second reminder…
